I purchased the transparent planner with pink accessories. The planner itself is beautiful made, lovely quality. It has become the planner I never knew I needed. Customer service is a dream to deal with, and the inserts are so well thought out. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! If you want to get your life organised but while still having a planner which is beautiful, then look no further 🌸💕

I decided that with having so many plates spinning around I needed to organise myself. I honestly came upon ‘Joanne's journal’ and only looked as we had the same name….. what an absolute delight it was to see the quality and choice of products that are literally already keeping me organised. I do keep adding inserts as and when I need them. Choosing your first inserts can feel a little overwhelming but persevere, you can always choose more as you go.
I have much less worry about missing something. I have it with me always and add notes/ appointments/ reminders etc as I go. I’m just about to prepare my next order of inserts and additions to help run my year calmly.

Lovely, good quality journal and inserts! I had a problem with the delivery as some products were missing from the order but Joanne was so helpful and got it sorted for me really quickly and even gave me some free post it’s! Would definitely recommend and will be buying more in the future!
