HOW BILLING WORKS

To keep everything straightforward:

• You’re charged immediately when you subscribe.

• Your first box will always be the next box in our bi-monthly cycle.

• Your next payment won’t be taken until after you’ve received your first box, so you’ll never be charged twice before anything arrives.

Examples

Subscribe on 3 January → First box ships 15 March, next payment 1 May
Subscribe on 20 February → First box ships 15 March, next payment 1 May
Subscribe on 10 March → First box ships 15 May, next payment 1 July

Cut-Off Date

If you subscribe after the last day of a shipping month, your first box will be the following cycle.

Example: Subscribe after 31 December → first box ships 15 March.

Subscribe before 31 December → first box ships 15 January.

RETURNS:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Custom items, Mystery Boxes and Subscription boxes are None Refundable
